Update: just bought a second one for my youngest!! These are must haves for summer! After browsing other more expensive options WITHOUT ice packs, I stumbled across this option. The ice packs are easy to fill. They stayed cold and some partially still frozen after 4 hours at a theme park with 103 heat index outside ((more in the car)) including a 1.5hr drive there in an insulated bag. This car seat cooler is such good quality! It looks so nice. The Velcro is strong holding the ice packs in. I can’t believe I didn’t buy this sooner. I initially bought this for my toddlers seat since it stays in the car. But I’m going to buy a second one now for my infants seat. I think it’ll be nice to cool it off when we take him out of the stroller before putting him back in. Or for the times we have to leave his infant seat in the car. I wish this was a thing 13 years ago!! Perfect for summer babies!!

I live in Arizona and this helps so much. Depending on how hot it is and where you park (shade or not) this will last a few hours and even when it starts to melt, it will still keep the car seat area cool.

This product is great. It works to keep my baby cool. But it doesnt fit under the the infant insert and not meant to be used as an infant insert. That would’ve been a better design and would sell if they shaped it like an infant insert.

I’ve been my 2 year old niece’s driver this summer. She LOVES that her aunt has the nice cooling seat and the buckle on her car seat doesn’t burn up her little booty. If you live somewhere with 100 degree+ summers, this product is for you. This cooling pad actually comes with the ice packs. Not all of them do. The ice packs last for hours and do such a good job keeping my son’s car seat cold. I recommend this to my mom friends and will be gifting these to my family with littles moving to AZ soon.

A hot car seat is awful so this comes in very handy. Put in the freezer at end of your driving day. Remember to put it into the seat when you get baby out, and store it in an insulated bag once they are strapped in. It takes an extra step but worth it.
